Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eren Erkılıç is a faculty member in the Department of Tourism Management at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, Ardeşen Tourism Faculty. His academic career focuses on areas such as organizational behavior, management and organization, human resources management in tourism enterprises, social media usage, and sustainable tourism. He has published numerous articles in prestigious national and international journals as well as various book chapters. His research, utilizing structural equation modeling on topics such as organizational citizenship behavior, authentic leadership, and organizational silence, has made significant contributions to the field. In addition to holding various academic administrative roles, he has presented papers at many international conferences and served as an editor in academic publishing. Recently, his research has concentrated on the intersection of artificial intelligence and tourism, examining the impacts of digitalization on the tourism sector and conducting pioneering studies in this emerging area.
