Prof. Dr. Qingqing Sun is a researcher at the Institute of Micro-Nano Electronic Devices at Fudan University. He graduated from Fudan University in 2004 and obtained his Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Fudan University in 2009. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Hannover, Germany, from 2007 to 2008. He has been working at Fudan University since 2011 and has served as a lecturer, associate researcher, and researcher. His research interests include integrated circuit technology and semiconductor devices. He is a recipient of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Outstanding Youth Fund, Shanghai Excellent Academic Leader, Shanghai Chenguang Scholar, etc. He has presided over many major national science and technology projects, major scientific instrument development projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), and Natural Science Foundation projects.
Prof. Dr. David Wei Zhang received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1988, 1991, and 1995, respectively. He was an Associate Professor with Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1997, where he has been a full professor since 1999. He is currently the Chairperson of the Department of Microelectronics and the Director of the Fudan-Novellus Interconnect Research Center.
