Nurgizat Yerkebulan (PhD) is an Associate Professor at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev, Kazakhstan. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation from AUPET in 2015, Master’s degree in Automation and Control from Satbayev University in 2017, and PhD in Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications in 2024. His research interests include robotics, mechatronics, control systems, onboard navigation and guidance, and aerospace applications. Dr. Nurgizat is the head of the educational program Robotics and Mechatronics at AUPET, as well as the leader of national and international research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has authored over 25 scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, holds several patents, and has received national awards including “Best University Teacher 2024”.
