Halil İbrahim Ceylan was a national judo athlete representing Turkey. He graduated from Ege University in İzmir, Turkey, with a major in Physical Education and Sports Teaching in 2009. He earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Education and Sports from the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Health Sciences at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Muğla, Turkey, in 2015 and 2019, respectively. Subsequently, he served as a Research Assistant at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University until 2019, following the completion of his Ph.D., and has since been affiliated with Atatürk University. The research topics of Halil İbrahim Ceylan primarily consist of sports sciences and exercise physiology.

Nicola Luigi Bragazzi obatined his M.D. in general medicine and surgery from Genoa University (Genoa, Italy) in 2011, his Ph.D. in biophysics from Marburg University (Marburg, Germany) in 2014, and his specialization in Public Health from Genoa University (Genoa, Italy) in 2017.
