Walter J. Storkus, PhD, is a Professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Immunology. Prior to joining the Department of Dermatology in 2004, he had academic appointments in the Departments of Surgery, Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry, and Pathology at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Storkus earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and mathematics from Brandeis University, and received his PhD in microbiology/immunology from Duke University. He completed his postdoctoral training at Duke University, in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.
