My name is Susmita Barman and I am a Research Instructor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), where my research focuses on ovarian physiology and intracellular molecular trafficking. I have received advanced training in molecular biology, cancer biology, and reproductive physiology. Here, with my research focus, I am also contributing to collaborative studies on kinase signaling, metabolic inflammation, and ovarian dysfunction. I am actively involved in multi-institutional collaborations, grant development, and mentoring of trainees, and regularly use advanced bioinformatics and imaging approaches to address translational questions in women’s reproductive health.
