Pedro Eugenio Sineli received his undergraduate degree in Biotechnology and his doctoral degree in Biological Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. He is currently an Assistant Researcher at CONICET. He worked as a doctoral researcher at PROIMI-CONICET during his PhD training, where he developed his thesis research on microbial degradation of xenobiotics using multi-omics approaches. In 2023, he joined the Laboratory of Bioprocesses and Biomaterials at PROIMI-CONICET, where he was appointed Assistant Researcher. His main research interests include microbial biotechnology, bioprocess development, production of enzymes and biopolymers, and multi-omics analyses (genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics and proteomics).
