Author Biographies

Dr. Atef Gharbi received his B.Sc. degree in computer engineering from the National School of Computer Sciences (ENSI), Manouba, Tunisia, in 2005; the M.Sc. degree in computer sciences from National institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Tunis, Tunisia, in 2007; and the Ph.D. degree in computer sciences–artificial intelligence in 2013 from the same institute (the University of Carthage, Tunisia). In 2011, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Engineering at National High School of Engineers, Tunis, Tunisia. In September 2015, he joined the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology in Rafha, Northern Border University, where he is currently an associate Professor.
Dr. Mohamed Ayari received Dipl.-Ing., MS, and PhD degrees in Telecommunications in 2003, 2004, and 2009, respectively, from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), Tunisia, in collaboration with the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France, and Virginia Tech, USA. He has been a teacher at several universities since 2003. He has been a permanent research member at the 6'COM laboratory at ENIT from 2003. In 2005 he joined RCEM Inc., in Toulouse, France. Since 2010, he has been a tenure-track associate professor at the National Engineering School of Carthage (ENICAR), Carthage University, Tunisia. In 2015, he joined the IT Department of the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Northern Border University (NBU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as an assistant professor. In 2023, he obtained a scientific and career promotion and is currently working as an associate professor in the same department. His current research interests are electromagnetic (EM) fields, numerical EM methods, and computer-aided design of microwave circuits and antennas. His research interests also include information security and wireless applications.
