Rajendra P. Parajuli earned his PhD in Environmental Epidemiology from the University of Tokyo in 2010. He served as an Associate Professor at the Central Department of Zoology, Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University (2020–2023). In 2024, he joined the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), as a Research Scholar and consultant. Dr Parajuli's research spans environmental epidemiology and One Health, with a strong focus on parasitology, diet, and environmental exposures. He has worked extensively on pesticide and heavy metal exposures, cognitive outcomes, and the prevalence and risk factors of gastrointestinal parasitic infections.
