Zhaoxiong received a B.E. degree from Hebei University of Technology in 2015, an M.E. degree from Kanagawa University in 2019, and a D.E. degree from Kanagawa University in 2022. He is currently a lecturer at Tianshui Normal University. His research interests include digital rights management systems that combine digital watermarking, blockchain, perceptual hashing, and other technologies.
