Marta du Vall is an associate professor at the Department of Management, Media and Technology, Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. She completed her PhD studies in Political Science at the Jagiellonian University (2007), and obtained a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in 2018. She recently led the project following project: Co-governance as the key to sustainable urban development. A comparative analysis of urban strategies and practices in Krakow and selected European metropolises. She has published numbers of papers in various journals, and serves as a theme editor in State and Society Journal. She is a President of Foundation Board “Women Scientists - Polish Women Scientists Network”. Her teaching disciplines include management, politics, and media. Her interests include co-management, multi-level management, and intersectoral cooperation for sustainable development.

Prof. UAFM, Dr hab. Marta Majorek is a media scholar, public administration scholar, and political scientist specializing in new media management, modern communication technologies, and artificial intelligence and their application in the field of information management. Her research also covers social networks and social interactions in the internet age, as well as cross-sectoral collaboration for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, Media and Technology at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, and Vice-President of the Board of the Women of Science Foundation—Polish Women's Science Network, Marta Majorek is the author of numerous academic publications. These include monographs such as Anarchism 2.0: Ideology and Practice in the Digital Media Era and The YouTube Code: From a Culture of Participation to a Culture of Creativity. Her notable articles include papers on the role of non-governmental organizations in environmental security management, the use of blockchain in digital administration, and socio-political analyses in the context of digital media. She was a fellow of the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP), which allowed her to conduct a research project at Stanford University in California, where she deepened her knowledge of new media and their role in shaping contemporary socio-political processes.
