Ing. Thanh Luat Pham, M.Eng., is a researcher specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Facility Management. He is currently a Ph.D student at the VSB–Technical University of Ostrava, where he contributes to research on lifecycle asset optimization, data-driven decision support systems, and technical–economic modeling in construction and urban infrastructure. He holds an academic background in urban and construction management, with a strong focus on BIM applications and sustainable infrastructure development. His work integrates digital technologies with practical engineering approaches to enhance operational performance, asset value, and long-term facility management efficiency.
