Professor, Doctor Medicine, Academician Ivan Alekseevich Dyatlov is Director at the State Research Center for Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology. He completed his PhD and Doctoral studies in the Microb Anti-plague Institution, Saratov, 1990 and 2000.
