Lin Li, PhD, Professor, Master’s/Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian University, is Director of the Shaanxi Target Tracking and Information Fusion Innovation Center, Director of the Shaanxi “Four Entities and One Union” Intelligent Swarm UAV Engineering Technology Joint Research Center, and Deputy Director of the Xi’an Key Laboratory of Intelligent Spectrum Sensing and Information Fusion. A former visiting scholar at the University of Missouri (USA, 2016–2017) and senior researcher at Hong Kong Baptist University (2019), he is a Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, IEEE Member, and Contributing Reviewer for Mathematical Reviews (USA). He has published over 100 core journal/conference
papers, holds 80+ authorized invention patents, and won 5 provincial/ministerial-level scientific and technological awards. His research focuses on non-stationary signal processing (radar, communication, audio), adaptive time-frequency analysis, and intelligent spectrum sensing. He has also received titles such as Kunshan Double Innovation Leading Talent and guided
students to national/provincial competition awards.
