Prof. Huaien Li currently works as a Doctoral Supervisor and Master's Supervisor at Xi'an University of Technology, China. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Shaanxi Mechanical Institute (Northwest Agricultural University), and a Master's Degree and Ph.D. from Xi'an University of Technology. In 2000, he went to Cornell University in the United States as a visiting scholar, and in 2001, he went to the University of Hong Kong for collaborative research. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of non-point source pollution control, ecohydrology, water economy and ecological compensation, and sponge cities for a long time.
