Mohamed Amine Dabachi is an Assistant Professor at Université Hassan First in Settat, Morocco. He earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Hassan II University of Casablanca, specializing in the modeling and optimization of floating vertical-axis wind turbines. His academic experience includes teaching courses in mechanical engineering, renewable energy systems, and structural analysis. Dr. Dabachi has contributed to several research projects on marine renewable energies, aerodynamic performance evaluation, and composite materials for offshore applications. He has published articles in international journals and conferences and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams on sustainable energy technologies. His research interests focus on offshore wind turbine design, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element modeling, and the development of innovative engineering solutions for renewable energy.
Soufian Lakrit is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Mohamed I University, Oujda, Morocco. He earned his Licence degree in Physics from the Faculty of Sciences in Fez in 2009, followed by a Master’s degree in Microwave Telecommunications from the National School of Applied Sciences (ENSA), Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah University, Fez, in 2011. He then completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in microwave engineering at the Mohammadia School of Engineering, Mohammed V University, Rabat. Dr. Lakrit’s research focuses on radio-frequency (RF) and microwave systems, antenna theory, antenna design, and miniaturization, particularly for applications in 5G and wireless communications. He has published papers in international journals and holds patents in antenna technology. His work also spans ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and flexible RF antennas, contributing to both theoretical insight and practical designs. He is active in the Moroccan scientific community and serves as a researcher and educator, mentoring students in electromagnetics and microwave engineering.

Mostafa Bouzi is a Full Professor of Electrical Engineering in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Hassan First University (Université Hassan 1er), Settat, Morocco. He earned his engineering degree in electrical engineering from the École d’Ingénieurs de Lille (France), followed by a PhD in Photovoltaic System Control from Hassan First University, where he also completed his habilitation to supervise research. His research expertise centers on renewable energy conversion systems, nonlinear control, and smart electrical systems. He has contributed to the design and control of hybrid PV/wind/battery systems and works on test benches for smart grids to support both research and educational training. In addition to his research, Prof. Bouzi supervises PhD students (he served as thesis director for doctoral work on lithium-ion battery state estimation at FST Settat). He has authored numerous publications in international journals and collaborates on projects that span energy conversion, microgrids, and power electronics.
