I obtained my Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in Food Science and Technology from Huazhong Agricultural University. I then conducted postdoctoral research at the College of Animal Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University, which is ranked second in China in this discipline, focusing on animal nutrition and feed science. From January 2017 to May 2021, I served as the R&D Director at the Home Food Processing Engineering Technology Research Center of SUPOR Co., Ltd., where I was responsible for research in household food processing technology and engineering. Currently, I am a faculty member and Professor at the School of Biological and Food Engineering, Huaihua University. I also serve as the Director of the Huaihua Central Kitchen Engineering Technology Research Center. To date, I have published 10 SCI-indexed papers, 5 EI-indexed papers, and 10 papers in core Chinese journals. I hold 8 national invention patents, 4 of which have been successfully industrialized. I have presided over two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and have led or participated in multiple research projects at national, provincial, and municipal levels.
