Dr Ting Yonghan is a Senior Consultant in Diagnostic Radiology at the National University Hospital (NUH), Singapore, and is subspecialised in musculoskeletal imaging. He has research interests in artificial intelligence (AI) applications in radiology. Dr Ting obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2005, earned his Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) in 2012, and received specialist accreditation in Diagnostic Radiology in 2014. Upon graduation, he held consultant positions at Mount Alvernia Hospital, Farrer Park Imaging, and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), before his current appointment at NUH in 2024. Actively involved in national professional societies, Dr Ting serves as Treasurer for the AI Subsection of the Singapore Radiological Society and is a committee member of its Spine Subsection. He is the Radiology Assistant Group Chief Technology Officer in the Academic and Clinical Translational Office (AGCTO), where he contributes to institutional AI research strategy and governance.

Beng Chin Ooi is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science, NGS faculty member and Director of Smart Systems Institute (SSI@NUS) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), an adjunct Chang Jiang Professor at Zhejiang University, China, and the director of NUS AI Innovation and Commercialization Centre at Suzhou, China. He obtained his BSc (1st Class Honors) and PhD from Monash University, Australia, in 1985 and 1989, respectively. Beng Chin’s research interests include database systems, distributed and blockchain systems, machine learning and large scale analytics, in the aspects of system architectures, performance issues, security, accuracy and correctness.
Dr Quek Swee Tian is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Group Chief of Diagnostic Imaging at the National University Health System. He graduated from NUS and embarked on his Radiology training obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists. He underwent further training in radiology at several centres in the UK. His areas of interest are in Musculoskeletal, Oncologic/Body and Breast Imaging. He was previously a Senior Consultant in the Department of Oncologic Imaging, National Cancer Centre Singapore and held concurrent appointments as Visiting Consultant to the Department of Surgical Oncology at the National Cancer Centre, Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the Singapore General Hospital and the Ministry of Defence Singapore. He was also a Council member of the College of Radiology of Singapore and sits on the College′s Steering Committee on Professional Standards and the Teleradiology Audit Committee in the Ministry of Health.
Dr. James Hallinan has been practicing in Singapore since 2008 and is a Senior Consultant at the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, National University Hospital, Singapore. He also serves under Diagnostic Imaging Services at Alexandra Hospital. He obtained his medical degree (MBChB) from Bristol University, United Kingdom, and underwent radiology training at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, United Kingdom. His subspecialty interests are in musculoskeletal and neuroradiology. He is currently the MRI radiologist in charge.
