Songül ÇEÇEN KAYNAK received her M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA, and her B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Türkiye. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering. She served as the System and Network Management Director at the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) in Ankara and previously worked as a Software Engineer in the banking sector and municipal institutions as well as a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her research interests include computer systems, network security, and the application of artificial intelligence in computational and biomedical fields.

Assoc. Prof Hilal ARSLAN received her Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2017 and 2011, respectively. She completed her doctoral studies under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Manguoğlu and her master’s studies under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tolga Can. She obtained her B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Software Engineering at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Her primary research interests include bioinformatics, machine learning, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and next-generation algorithm.
