Jay Prakash Goit is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Kindai University. He graduated from Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, School of Engineering, Tohoku University, and received his BS and MS. Then, he completed his PhD from KU Leuven. After graduation, he was a Research Engineer at Research & Development, Hitachi, Ltd., a Project Researcher/Project Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at the University of Tokyo, and a Researcher at the Fukushima Renewable Energy Institute (FREA), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). His research interests include wind energy, computational fluid dynamics, turbulence, and fluid mechanics.
