Dr. Ketan Ranch holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics &
Pharmaceutical Technology from the L. M. College of Pharmacy, Gujarat
University, Ahmedabad, India. He has completed his post-graduate degree at NDMVP
College of Pharmacy, Nasik, Pune University. For the last seventeen years, he
has been working with academics in guide/mentor roles for teaching, learning
& research. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor in the
Department of Pharmaceutics at L. M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, India. He
has authored several research articles, book chapters, and presented his
research in many national/international conferences. Besides that, he has been
training & consulting industry people in the area of Experimental Design.
His areas of interest include advances in ocular drug delivery, therapeutic
lenses, polymeric nanoparticles, lipid nanoparticles (SLNs/NLCs),
nanoemulsions, cancer drug targeting, and the role of excipients in delivery
systems.
