Dilip Kumar Achal earned a B.Sc in 1987 from
the Jawaharlal Nehru University, an M.Sc in 2001 from Madras University, an MBA in Human Resources in 2011 from IGNOU New Delhi, an MBA in Human Resources in 2011, and an M.Phil in 2022 from
Panjab University. He is now pursuing a PhD degree in the
Faculty of Management Studies, CMS Business School at Jain (deemed to be
a University), Bengaluru. His tenure of over three decades in the Indian Army has resulted
in a number of publications in military journals, for which he was awarded the
Scholar Warrior award by the Army’s doctrinal command. His research interests
include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Leadership, Administration, and
Technology.
Dr. G.S. Vijaya holds a BE in Electrical
& Electronics Engineering, an MBA, and a PhD, and is a distinguished Professor
and Area Chair at the Decision Science Department, Faculty of Management
Studies, CMS Business School, JAIN (deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru. With a
career spanning more than two decades, she has held significant roles in both
academia and industry, working at various prestigious Indian universities and
Al Yamamah University in Saudi Arabia. She is a life member of the Indian
Society for Technical Education, the International Association of Engineers in
Singapore, and the Quality Circle Forum of India. She has contributed to the
intellectual property domain with three patents. Her work has been showcased at
various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), the Steel Authority of India
Limited, and international forums such as the International Institute of Social
and Economic Sciences (IISES) in Venice, Italy, Valencia, Spain, London, UK,
and Paris, France. She has been a speaker at numerous Indian and Eurasian
conferences. Blending teaching excellence with practical industry experience,
