Marek T. Malinowski is an Associate Professor at Cracow University of Technology, Poland, specializing in fuzzy and set-valued analysis, probability, stochastic processes, and mathematical modeling. His recent research focuses on developing a theoretical framework for fuzzy and set-valued stochastic differential equations, establishing foundational results that contribute to the emergence and advancement of these fields. His work bridges rigorous theoretical development with practical applications in areas such as biology, medicine, economics, and control theory. Throughout his academic career, he has authored numerous papers published in international, peer-reviewed journals, with a significant proportion being single-authored articles. He has served as a guest editor for special issues of scientific journals and currently holds the position of associate editor on multiple editorial boards. Professor Malinowski is recognized for his pedagogical clarity and dedication to student engagement. He develops teaching materials that elucidate subtle mathematical concepts and foster intuitive understanding. He has co-supervised three PhD students and has served as a supervisor and reviewer for numerous master’s, bachelor’s, and engineering theses.
