Author Biographies

Ersin Bahceci earned, from the Gazi University, a BS in Metalurgy (2003) and a PhD in Metalurgy (2012). He now holds a position in the Department Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. His work in materials has resulted in 62 publications, presentations, 15 lectures, and 4 courses, alongside memberships. His research interests include composites, alloys, metallic ,seramik, and polimeric foam and mekanik properties.
Ali Oktay Gul earned a B.Sc. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University in 2016 and an M.Sc. degree in the same field in 2020. He is now a Lecturer at the Science and Technology Application and Research Center of İskenderun Technical University and a Ph.D. candidate in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the same institution. His research interests include high-entropy alloys, microstructure–property relationships, tribological behavior, and mechanical characterization of advanced metallic materials.
Oykum Basgoz Orhan earned her B.Sc. (2015) and M.Sc. (2017) degrees in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Fırat University and her Ph.D. (2023) in Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials from Mersin University. She is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mersin University. Her work in materials science has resulted in publications and conference presentations. Her research interests include materials science and metallic alloys.
Levent Cenk Kumruoglu earned a B.Sc. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Sakarya University in 2000 and completed his M.Sc. (2003) and Ph.D. (2013) studies in the same field at the Institute of Natural Sciences of Sakarya University. He is now a Professor in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, İskenderun Technical University. His work in casting technologies and material processing has resulted in numerous publications, lectures, and academic contributions. His research interests include casting technologies, surface treatment processes, and material production technologies.
Omer Guler earned a B.Sc. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Fırat University in 2003 and completed his M.Sc. (2006) and Ph.D. (2011) studies in the same field at the Institute of Natural Sciences of Fırat University. He is now a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Munzur University. His work in alloy development and advanced materials has resulted in numerous publications, particularly on high-entropy alloys and nanomaterials. His research interests include alloy development, advanced materials, and nanomaterials.
