Sujin Lee received her M.A. in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Konkuk University in 2025. She is currently working as an HR manager at a startup, where she is actively involved in developing people-centered policies and fostering a positive organizational culture. Her research interests primarily focus on workplace loneliness, meaningful work, and employee well-being, especially how organizational environments and relationships influence employees’ psychological experiences.
Woonki Hong received his Ph.D. in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from the School of Labor and Employment Relations, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in 2013, and is now serving as an Associate Professor at Konkuk University, Korea (the Republic of). His research topics mainly include: organizational citizenship behaviors, expertise utilization, and justice perception.
