Author Biographies

Dr. Arvind Kumar Shukla holds a B.Sc. in Zoology and Environmental Science from Mumbai University, an M.Sc. in Genetic Engineering from D.Y. Patil University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Convergence Engineering from Pusan ​​National University. He is now a Research Fellow at the School of Biomedical Convergence Engineering, Pusan ​​National University. He is actively engaged in researching various diseases such as Cancer, Regenerative Medicine, HIV, Cardiovascular disease, and more. His primary focus lies in the bio-fabrication of functional tissues and organ development through 3D Bioprinting. Additionally, his research delves into Cancer Stem Cell Signaling Pathways, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), colorectal cancer (CRC), breast cancer, and various types of solid cancers. He also investigates the efficacy of different cancer drugs through clinical testing for treatment.
Dr. Sandhya Shukla earned her Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, India, and her Master of Science (MS) in Medical Pharmacology from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Pune, India. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Medical Pharmacology. Dr. Shukla is a dedicated researcher in the field of cancer therapeutics, with a focus on in vivo models, in vitro systems, and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models. Her contributions to preclinical cancer research have resulted in several peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and academic lectures. She is also an active member of various professional organizations and has received multiple accolades in recognition of her work.
