Author Biographies

Dr. Kamonthip Parichatnon is a lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. She completed her PhD in Agribusiness Management at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. She has received academic and community development awards and holds copyrights for audiovisual educational media. Dr. Parichatnon recently led and collaborated on several research projects related to silk product innovation, SME development, and new-normal market adaptation, funded by regional development agencies. She has published over 20 research papers in national and international journals and conferences. She also serves as a program coordinator for the MBA in Modern Management and as Assistant Dean for Academic and Research Affairs. Her teaching disciplines include agribusiness, marketing, and business research, while her research interests span consumer behavior, sustainability, supply chain and logistics management, and agricultural productivity. Her work emphasizes integrating academic knowledge with local innovation for rural development and inclusive growth.
Dr. Surakiat Parichatnon is a lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. He completed his PhD in Agribusiness Management at the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He was awarded copyright registration for educational media and has contributed to research addressing national logistics and agricultural competitiveness. He recently led several published research projects, including “Guidelines to Increase the Efficiency of Distribution in Thailand,” “A Model of Supply Chain Management of Organic Vegetables in Thailand,” and “Potential to Export Thai Products in ASEAN Market.” Dr. Parichatnon has authored numerous research articles in national and international journals and serves as a principal investigator for logistics and supply chain studies. His teaching disciplines include business management and economics, and his academic interests include strategic marketing, distribution management, supply chain innovation, and international trade. His work emphasizes practical solutions for enhancing competitiveness in regional business and agriculture.
Dr. Poranee Loatong is Dean at the Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. She holds a PhD in Business Management from Sripatum University. Her research and leadership have earned several prestigious awards, including Outstanding Researcher and Distinguished Innovation Awards for community-based development. She has led key national projects such as enhancing local economic competitiveness through cultural capital and upgrading silk production with appropriate technology. Dr. Loatong has published more than 40 papers in national and international journals and proceedings. She has served as an advisor for various organizations including the Community-Based Tourism Network, Provincial Development Committees, and SME support programs. Her teaching disciplines include business administration, community research, and creative economy. Her research interests focus on sustainable community development, local entrepreneurship, cultural-based tourism, and grassroots innovation. She actively contributes to bridging academia and local wisdom to support inclusive economic growth.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Manote Rithinyo is an assistant professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima. He received his Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) in Industrial Technology and holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Engineering Management and Industrial Engineering, respectively. He has been recognized for his work on community-based innovation, including support from the National Innovation Agency (NIA) for the development of an integrated silk production system for rural communities. Dr. Rithinyo has recently led several research projects, such as workstation improvement in silk production, development of silk degumming machinery, and small-scale herbal slicers for local enterprises. He has published over 15 research articles in national and international journals. His teaching disciplines include industrial engineering, engineering management, and applied research methods. His research interests focus on production innovation, ergonomics in silk weaving, manufacturing technology, and community-based engineering solutions for sustainable development.
