Andrea Csapó-Horváth is an associate professor at Széchenyi István University in Győr, Hungary. She obtained her PhD in Linguistics in 2012. Her primary research and teaching interests include communication (including advertising, intercultural and business communication), multilingualism, language acquisition and language awareness. She is also an expert in teaching German as a foreign language, with a particular focus on developing grammar competence. She is the co-author of a German grammar textbook focusing on syntax, as well as two German language textbooks for professionals.
