Keng Cha Vu is a Junior at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities majoring in Nutrition. He aspires to earn a degree in dental surgery. His family are Hmong refugees who settled in America in search of a better life. He is the second oldest of five children. His research experience includes volunteering as a research assistant for a PhD student at the University of Minnesota and completing a research internship in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery through the Summer Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Program. He also volunteers his time helping underrepresented youth achieve their goals.
