Mustafa Mutahari is a PhD candidate at Toyohashi University of Technology, where he specializes in the integrated evaluation of real and virtual networks, quality of life assessment, and sustainable urban development. He received his Master’s degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology and has five years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects as well as conducting academic research. Mr. Mutahari has published extensively on urban policy evaluation models using social dynamic simulation and multi-layer network analysis. His research focuses on developing integrated accessibility evaluation models for quality of life assessments, aiming to contribute to reducing inequalities, promoting social inclusion, and supporting sustainable policy development and urban innovation.
