Xiaofeng Liu received a B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2016, and a Ph.D. degree from the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2024. He was formerly a Senior Engineer with Huawei Technologies Company Ltd., Suzhou, China. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Yancheng Teachers University, Yancheng, China. His research interests include statistical inference, generative AI, and wireless communications.

Xinrui Gong received his B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from Southeast University, NanJing, China, in 2017. He received a Ph.D. degree from the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2024. Now, he is working at the Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China. His research interests include massive MIMO, deep learning, generative AI, and integrating localization and communication.

Xiao Fu received a B.E. degree in Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2017. He received a Ph.D. degree from the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2025. His research interests include deep reinforcement learning, massive MIMO, and massive random access.
