Dr. Nancy A Hamilton is an Associate Professor at the University of Kansas. She obtained her Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 2001. She is a health psychologist with research interests including sleep and dreaming/nightmares, especially following exposure to trauma, and, more broadly, stress and emotion regulation. She is the co-director of the Major Area of Study in Health and Rehabilitation Psychology and the Director of the Health Psychology Certificate Program at KU. She currently teaches undergraduate classes in neuroscience and classes in health psychology at both the graduate and undergraduate level.
