Dr. Vladimir Tomašević is a Full Professor and the Dean of the School of Engineering Management, University “Union – Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade, Serbia. He has extensive academic and professional experience in the fields of management, engineering management, and sustainable development. Dr. Tomašević has led numerous national and international projects focused on innovation, organizational transformation, and knowledge management. His research interests include strategic management, innovation systems, and sustainable business models. As an academic leader, he is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary education and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
Dr. Jelena Raut is an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering Management, University “Union – Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade, Serbia, where she also holds the position of Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs. She obtained her PhD from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Dr. Raut’s primary research interests include innovation management and sustainable development, with a particular focus on the implementation of innovative approaches to enhance organizational efficiency and sustainability. She has participated in academic and professional projects related to engineering management and has contributed to the dissemination of knowledge through teaching, conferences, and publications in the field.
