Author Biographies

Hui Zhou is a lecturer in Agricultural Climatology and Environmental Data Analysis at Gansu Agricultural University. With extensive research experience, she has successfully participated in more than 10 major scientific research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Gansu Provincial research programs. She has published over 10 peer-reviewed journal articles in distinguished academic journals. Her current research direction is climate analysis in the agricultural sector.
Linging Wei, Ph.D., is a Professor and Master's Supervisor. Her research focuses on agricultural big data and intelligent computing. She has led over 20 national and provincial-level projects and has authored more than 100 academic papers (including over 10 indexed by SCI/EI). She serves as a Director and Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and is the Director of the CCF Lanzhou Member Activity Center. Furthermore, she leads several important provincial and national agricultural big data research centers and expert teams.
Yanqiang Cui, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Faculty Member in the Department of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering, College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University. His primary focus is on the teaching and research of hydrology and water resources and eco-hydrological processes in arid regions.
