Won-Keun Oh graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees from the College of Pharmacy, Chungnam National University, and completed his Ph.D. studies at the Department of Chemistry, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Seoul National University, and the President of Korea Bioactive Natural Material Bank (KBNMB). He was an Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Chosun University. His research interests include purification of bioactive materials from natural products and their structure determination; discovery of lead compounds for treatment of aging, metabolic syndrome, and viral diseases from natural products; and collection of bioactive materials, their structures, and the associated data from natural products.
