I am a Biochemical Engineer and also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering at the Faculty of Biological Sciences, specializing in the area of new product development. I worked for six years in the dairy industry, where I gained extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, aseptic packaging, and product innovation.
