Author Biographies

Dr. Lan Thi Huong Nguyen is the Head of the English for Specific Purposes Division at Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE), Vietnam. Her research interests are systemic functional linguistics, language education, writing instruction, and teacher education, with regional and international publications.
Dr. Hanh Dinh currently works as the Associate Director of the Vermont State University Multilingual Student Services and an ESL lecturer in the Department of Arts, Humanities, and Communication at Vermont State University. She received her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at the State University of New York at Albany. Her research interests mainly include bilingualism, intercultural pragmatics, curriculum design, and technology in English language teaching.
Dr. Thi Bich Nguyen Dao is a lecturer at the Faculty of English, Hanoi National University of Education, Vietnam. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Hanoi University. Her research interests include a variety of topics, including language testing, language teacher identity, and teacher assessment identity formation.
Dr. Ngoc Giang Tran focuses his research on various topics, including teacher education, information, and communication technology (or ICT), English language teaching, and English literacies. He is also a lecturer at HNUE and a visiting scholar at the School of Education, University of Newcastle, Australia.
