Dr. Ahlam EL MAJID is a Civil Engineer and Lecturer-Researcher with over six years of academic and professional experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, specializing in the stabilization of expansive soils through innovative and sustainable approaches. Her research focuses on improving the geotechnical behavior of clayey and marl soils using natural fibers such as Alfa, jute, and sisal, as well as recycled synthetic fibers like polypropylene. She also integrates advanced hydromechanical and numerical modeling techniques in her work, contributing to the development of eco-friendly solutions in geotechnical engineering.
