Huixin Yuan is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Intelligent Equipment Engineering, Wuxi Taihu University, Wuxi, China, and the Director of the Separation Engineering Research Institute. He is a Senior Member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. He earned a Ph.D. from the Multiphase Flow and Separation Engineering Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Southampton, UK, in 1997. His research focuses on multiphase flow and mechanical separation and purification, cyclone separation technology and equipment, and centrifugal separation technology and equipment.
