Prof. Dr. Qing Guo Zhou is currently a Professor of Lanzhou University and works in the School of Information Science and Engineering. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physics from Lanzhou University in 1996 and 2001, respectively, and received a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Lanzhou University in 2005. He is also a Fellow of the IET. He was a recipient of the IBM Real-Time Innovation Award in 2007, a recipient of the Google Faculty Award in 2011, and a recipient of the Google Faculty Research Award in 2012. His research interests include safety-critical systems, embedded systems, and real-time systems.
