Dr. Dai Xianglin, Ph.D. in Plant Nutrition, graduated from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Dr. Dai currently serves as an Associate Research Fellow and Deputy Director of the Institute of Coastal Agriculture at the Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, along with other academic appointments, including Member of the Nutrient Cycling Committee at the Chinese Society of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizers and expert advisor for compiling findings from Hebei Province's Third National Soil Survey. Some of Dr. Dai's research initiatives include projects funded by the Hebei Natural Science Foundation, Hebei Academy's Innovation Talent Program, and Tangshan Science and Technology Planning, as well as more than 10 first-author or corresponding-author publications in prominent journals such as Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Geoderma, and Soil and Tillage Research.
