Ira Brunchilda Hubner is currently in the process of completing his doctoral program at the Trisakti Institute of Tourism (IPT). She is graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung majoring Regional and City Planning. She also completed a Master degree, specializing in Development Studies at Institut Teknologi Bandung. She is currently working for Universitas Pelita Harapan, Tangerang, under the School of Hospitality and Tourism as a lecturer.

Dr. Juliana, S.E., M.M., CPHCM., CHRM., CMSP is an Associate Professor at the Hospitality Management Study Program at Pelita Harapan University. She is teaching subjects of Service Management, Marketing for Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behaviour. She has expertise in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Apart from conducting teaching activities, she has published internationally and nationally. She is involved in the duty of community services. She takes part as a reviewer in the Reputable International Journal (Cogent Business Management, Cogent Social Sciences, Cogent Art & Humanities, Sustainability Forestry, Sustainability MDPI, Tourism and Hospitality MDPI, Tourism and Hospitality Insights, Tourism Review) and Accredited National Journal. She completed her Doctoral Degree in the Management Study Program at Pelita Harapan University. Her specialization in work and research studies is in Marketing, Tourism, Human Resource Management, and Consumer/Tourist Behaviour, Management Hospitality and Tourism, Social Sciences. She also received the Best Paper Award and the International Reputation Award. Prof. Dr. Diena M. Lemy, A.Par., M.M., CHE. is a Professor of Tourism Service Management at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Indonesia, where she has served as faculty member since 1997 and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism since 2012. She is the third Professor in Tourism in Indonesia, with research interests in service management in hospitality and tourism, as well as sustainable tourism. Her research projects have received support from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Prof. Diena M. Lemy has authored books including Destination Governance, Risk, Crisis, and Disaster Management for the Sustainable Tourism Industry, and Planning and Development of Sustainable Tourist Attractions. She actively contributes to national and international initiatives, serving as Chairperson of HILDIKTIPARI, Member of the Indonesian Sustainable Tourism Council, BAN-PT Assessor, and G20 Tourism Expert Team member. Dr. Amelda Pramezwary, A.Par., M.M., CHE is a lecturer at Universitas Pelita Harapan,Tangerang Indonesia, She teaches courses in Tourism and Hospitality Service Management, Principles of Marketing, Sustainable Tourism, and Tourism Etiquette and Protocol. She has over 23 years of teaching experience in the field of hospitality and tourism. She earned her Doctorate degree in Service Management and specializes her academic and research work in sus­tainable tourism. Dr. Pramezwary has been actively involved in various projects with the Ministry of Tourism related to sustainable destinations and certification, and she serves as the coordinator of the Secretariat of the Indonesia Sustainable Tourism Council.
