Hanan Abdullah Alkorashy, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Nursing Administration at King Saud University and Professor of Nursing Administration at Alexandria University. She holds a PhD in Nursing Administration (Quality and Productivity, 2002), an MSc in Nursing Administration with a focus on Hospital Infection Control (1996), and a BSN (1990) from Alexandria University. With more than 25 years of academic and leadership experience, she has led strategic planning and accreditation initiatives, heads the Risk Management Unit at the College of Nursing (KSU), and mentors graduate researchers. Her scholarship spans leadership competencies, workforce retention, quality and patient safety, organizational behavior, and nursing education. Dr. Alkorashy has served on editorial boards and as a reviewer, and is an active member of professional societies, including the Saudi Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau.
