Author Biographies

Dr. Koushik Yetukuri is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at the Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guntur, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, and has over 11 years of academic and industrial experience. His research focuses on herbal nanopharmaceuticals, nanoemulsion-based transdermal systems, and Quality by Design (QbD) in formulation development. He has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and serves as a reviewer for several reputed journals including Frontiers in Medicine, Future Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, IJPER, IJPSN, and Biointerface Research in Applied Chemistry. He is also on the editorial board of Edelweiss Applied Science and Technology (Scopus-indexed). Dr. Yetukuri has received multiple awards, including the Young Scientist Award (2024), and has presented at national platforms like NIPER, KL University, and BITS. He holds two granted patents and three published patents. He is a Life Member of APTI (LM/AP-650) and contributes actively to regulatory science education and academic development in pharmaceutical sciences.
Prof. Rama Rao Nadendla is a distinguished academician and pharmaceutical scientist, currently serving as Professor and Principal of Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Autonomous), Guntur, and Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from JNTU Hyderabad and an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from BITS Pilani, with over 33 years of teaching and 24 years of research experience. His expertise includes drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and analytical method development. A prolific author, he has published more than 650 research articles, holds an h-index of 30, and has over 4,300 citations. He is the inventor of five granted and 27 published patents and has completed several funded projects from AICTE, UGC, SERB, and industry. Prof. Nadendla has authored and edited over 13 academic books and contributed to numerous international publications. He has received several prestigious awards, including the APTI Life Time Achievement Award (2023), ABAP Senior Scientist Award (2024), Principal of the Year Award (2024), and the State Best Teacher Award (2023) from APSCHE. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemists (FIC) and continues to mentor research and innovation in pharmaceutical sciences.
Uriti Sri Venkatesh is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Sri Sivani College of Pharmacy, Etcherla Mandal, Chilakapalem Junction, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. With over eight years of academic experience, he has published 30 research articles, secured four patents, and contributed to two book chapters. He actively participates in conferences, workshops, and training programs such as ATAL workshops, UGC-MMTC short-term courses, and FDPs to stay abreast of developments in pharmaceutical sciences. He is a lifetime member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Operant Pharmacy Federation (OPF), and the Society of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (SPER). In recognition of his dedication to academic outreach, he was recently honored with the "Outstanding Liaison in Community Engagement Award" by the Council for Skills and Competencies (CSC) on Teachers’ Day 2024.
Dr. G. Venkataramireddy is a Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at the Chalapathi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Autonomous), Guntur, with nearly two decades of academic, research, and administrative experience. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Andhra University for his work on sustained release pellets of Bosentan and holds an M.Pharm in Industrial Pharmacy. His research interests include advanced drug delivery systems, gastro-retentive formulations, and nanotechnology-based approaches. He has published over 25 research articles, presented at more than 20 national and international conferences, and holds one granted patent. He is a ratified Professor by Kakatiya University and an active member of professional bodies such as APTI and IPA. Dr. Venkataramireddy has delivered several guest lectures and expert talks on Quality by Design (QbD), nanotechnology, and targeted drug delivery, and has actively participated in FDPs, STTPs, and international webinars. He brings a well-rounded perspective to pharmaceutical education through his academic leadership and practical insights into formulation science.
Dr. Amareswrapu V. Surendra is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at K L College of Pharmacy, KLEF, Guntur, bringing nearly a decade of academic, research, and administrative experience to his role. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Acharya Nagarjuna University, specializing in Novel Local Drug Delivery systems for periodontal diseases, complemented by an M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics. His research interests are focused on innovative approaches, including novel local drug delivery systems, gastro-retentive formulations, and nanotechnology-based drug delivery. Dr. Surendra has a strong publication record with over 15 research articles and more than 7 conference presentations, and he is an active member of professional bodies like IPGA and IARA. Furthermore, he frequently delivers guest lectures and expert talks on topics such as Quality by Design (QbD), nanotechnology, and targeted drug delivery, actively participating in various professional development programs. Dr. Surendra's well-rounded expertise and practical insights into formulation science significantly enrich pharmaceutical education.
Dr. Sreenu Thalla is an Indian pharmacologist and academician, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Vignan Pharmacy College (Autonomous), Vadlamudi, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu, in 2025, and has over 14 years of academic experience. His areas of expertise include clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, pharmacoeconomics, therapeutic drug monitoring, and herbal pharmacology. Dr. Thalla has authored 56 research articles published in various national and international journals, with over 4,400 reads and more than 100 citations. He is also a published author of two textbooks—Foundations of Community Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacotherapeutic Drug Monitoring—both released in 2025. His contributions to pharmaceutical education and regulatory science continue through his teaching, mentoring, and active involvement in research and scholarly writing.
