Mr Xiaopeng Ding received his Master's in Business Administration from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China, in 2018, and is now pursuing a PhD in Management at Walailak University, Thailand. He currently serves as secretary general at the Nanning Internet Finance Industry Association, China. His research interests include corporate financial strategy, financial control systems, financial management, and operations management.
Assistant Professor Trairong Swatdikun is a lecturer at the School of Accountancy and Finance, Walailak University, Thailand. He completed his PhD studies in accounting and finance at the University of Southampton, UK. He has published 74 papers in various domestic and international journals. His teaching disciplines include cost accounting, management accounting, strategic management accounting, business finance, and business research methods, and his interests include management accounting, management control systems, corporate governance, risk management, and ESG reporting.
Ms Xiaoque Chen is a lecturer at the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. She completed her master's studies in accounting and finance at the University of Southampton, UK. She has published papers in various domestic and international journals. Her teaching disciplines include financial accounting, financial reporting, and business finance. Her interests include financial and sustainability reporting.
Dr Nomahaza Mahadi is an associate professor at AHIBS Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. She completed her PhD in Management at the University of Southampton, UK. She recently led the project on the impact of targeted educational programs on robotic exoskeletons adoption among rehabilitation therapists in public hospitals: an action research study elucidating mutual respect on emotional intelligence and personality towards job performance. She has published a number of papers in various journals. Her teaching disciplines include organizational behavior, leading talent in organizations, research methods, and her interests include emotional intelligence, leadership, work attitudes, and job performance.
