Yanjiao Li is an Associate Research
Fellow at Jiangxi Province Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition/Animal Nutrition
and Feed Safety Innovation Team, College of Animal Science and Technology,
Jiangxi Agricultural University. She received her Bachelor’s in Animal Science from
Henan Agricultural University in 2011 and her Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition and
Feed Science from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2016, and served as a
Postdoctoral Fellow at Jiangxi Agricultural University from 2017 to 2021. Her
main research areas include animal nutrition and meat quality regulation,
animal nutrition and stress alleviation, and rumen microorganism.
