Maica Amador Marrero (1998) is the CEO of Sparkling Tech Solutions S.L. and a researcher at the University Institute of Cybernetics, Enterprise and Society (IUCES). She is a doctoral researcher in videogames at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with a background in design, marketing and international trade. Her research interests include applied neuroscience, gamification, user experience and immersive technologies, aiming to connect innovation, technology and business impact. She has experience in R&D in virtual reality, neuroscience and 3D environments, with Q1–Q2 scientific publications and international collaborations.
