Shandong Agricultural University in 2011. Now he is a Professor in the Key Laboratory of Molecular Module-Based Breeding of High Yield and Abiotic Resistant Plants in Universities of Shandong, School of Agriculture, Ludong University. He has long been dedicated to research in wheat quantitative genetics and molecular breeding, achieving a series of results in the discovery of high-yield and stress-resistance genes and variety breeding. He has presided over 12 national and provincial-level projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National 973 Program, sub-projects of the National 13th Five-Year Plan, the Shandong Province Seed Project, and key projects of the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published 74 papers in journals such as Molecular Plant and The Plant Journal, obtained 11 authorized invention patents, approved four new wheat varieties, and received four scientific research awards, including the First Prize of the Shandong Higher Education Science and Technology Award. He has also been selected for the Shandong Taishan Scholars Young Expert Program and other talent programs.
