Ivica Pelivan, DMD, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics, School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb, Croatia. He obtained his Master’s and PhD degrees in Dental Medicine at the University of Zagreb, where he also completed his prosthodontic specialization. He received the University Rector’s Award and the IADR Travel Stipend Award. He has authored scientific papers in peer‑reviewed journals and serves as a reviewer for international dental publications. His teaching focuses on prosthodontics and digital dentistry, with research interests in digital workflows, clinical prosthodontics, temporomandibular disorders, bruxism, and technology in dental education.
Nikša Dulčić was born in Zagreb in 1972. He graduated from the School of Dental Medicine of the University of Zagreb in 1996, obtained his master's degree in 2003, and defended his doctoral dissertation in 2007. He passed the specialist exam in dental prosthodontics in 2004 and attended Curriculum Implantologie, a one-year professional training in dental implantology at DGI in Nuremberg, Germany, in 2005. Apart from being a full professor at the Department of Removable Prosthodontics of the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb, he is an associate at several courses of the integrated undergraduate and graduate studies in Dental Medicine and a leader of two courses of the postgraduate specialist studies in Dental Medicine and Dental Prosthodontics. Along with being a member of several commissions and committees and the president of the Quality Assurance Committee at the School of Dental Medicine since 2000, he has been the vice dean for quality assurance since 2018. Nikša Dulčić is the author and co-author of 29 "in extenso" published papers in indexed journals in the field of dental materials, occlusion, functional anatomy of the masticatory system, and diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders. He also continuously holds education courses in the field of dental prosthodontics. He is a board member of the Croatian Prosthodontics Society and the Croatian Society for Aesthetic Dental Medicine.
