Lekan Damilola Ojo is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Building and Real Estate, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Hong Kong Institute of Value Management (HKIVM), and the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). He is a council member of the HKIVM and also holds a Value Methodology Associate (VMA) Certification of SAVE International. He has published over 30 scholarly articles in local, international, and conference journals.
